Parenting Coach
Hi,
I’m Elisabeth Miningham and I set up this site and my business because after 30 plus years of helping parents and children I felt that I had the ability to coach parents and give them the tools that are needed to help their family. I come from an Occupation therapy and counseling background so I combine a therapeutic approach with sensory integration when helping parents.
My goal is to help you feel more confident with the right tools to help you in your parenting journey.
How do we do this? We start with a free initial call and if you feel comfortable by the end of the call, then we move forward identifying what your needs are, create goals, and setting up a plan of action for how to achieve your goals.
Goals look different for each person, but most include self care, learning how to help your child to self regulate, helping with transitions and creating a safe environment in the home.
I am a mother of four. One boy and three girls. I’m still on the parenting journey, but my children are adults now. I know that parenting at any point of the journey is not easy and that it takes as many tools as we can get. That’s what I’m here for!

We have been working with Elisabeth for almost two years now.
